Career Changer I became a part of the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network through my own financial representative, Mike Erpelding. As Mike moved into management as a Managing Director he caught me at a crossroads in my career. I was concerned at the prospect of starting over while supporting my family as well as maintaining a lifestyle already in progress, but that concern soon became motivation. With the support of my family, Mike Erpelding, and our Managing Partner, Tim Bohannon, I have been able to make the transition successfully. I chose Northwestern Mutual because through Mike I had come to know many of the financial representatives and had always considered them to be of a caliber that I had not seen anywhere else.
