Tim Bohannon Office ProfileThe Bohannon Group Northwestern Mutual has had a presence in the Twin Cities, Southern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin since 1883, with over $19.6 billion of insurance currently in force in our communities. The Bohannon Network Office is located in Eagan, MN, with Minnesota District Network Offices in Edina(www.erpeldinggroup.nmfn.com), Mankato(www.grahamgroup.nmfn.com), Rochester(www.smithgroup.nmfn.com), and Marshall(www.bockgroup.nmfn.com); and Wisconsin District Network Offices in La Crosse(www.ericksongroup.nmfn.com), Eau Claire(www.grabnergroup.nmfn.com) and Hudson(www.levertygroup.nmfn.com). Additionally, we have offices in Winona, Albert Lea, New Ulm, Montevideo, Chippewa Falls, and Sparta, each serving their communities with the products and services offered through The Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. Timothy J. Bohannon, Managing Partner of The Bohannon Group, joined Northwestern Mutual in 1982 and has successfully held every financial representative and management contract available to the field force since. Through his experience and commitment, Tim offers a deep knowledge of the business and a strong enthusiasm for every aspect of the career – from sales to management. As Managing Partner, Tim has been instrumental in developing strong, successful leaders within the company and the field force, exemplified by the fact that The Bohannon Group has received the Team Growth Award every year since 2005. In conjunction with this honor, The Bohannon Group has been a recipient of the General Agency Growth Award and the International Management Award every year since 2001 and the Master Agency Award each year beginning in 2002. Since joining the Eagan office in 1998, Tim’s faculty-centered approach has assisted him in growing the network office from 62 Financial Representatives to 123 today. Total premium production has more than doubled from $5.4 million seven years ago to $13 million. Total insurance in force has increased from $7.1 billion to $19.6 billion. In regard to The Bohannon Group as a part of the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, Tim leads by example embracing the capacity of our Specialists and the evolution of the network office.
